Brett L. Wittner is a partner in the firm of Kent & Wittner, P.S. He received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1997 and received a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in 1992. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bars of both the Western and Eastern District of Washington. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, immigration, personal injury, estate planning, corporate formations and adoption.
Kelly M. Wittner is a associate attorney in the firm of Kent & Wittner, P.S. She graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of Law in 2004 and from the University of Puget Sound in 2001. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and was Production Editor of the Pacific Rim Law Journal at the University of Washington School of Law. . She practices in the areas of bankruptcy, immigration, estate planning, and adoption.
